What We Offer Our Licensees
A Commitment to a Business Partnership
As a Licensor, we believe that a solid relationship with each of our Licensees is absolutely critical. We believe that our responsibility is to completely orientate each Licensee to the licensed materials and then fully support and assist the Licensee through answering questions about the licensed materials as they arise in their pursuit of success. We are committed to being a true partner to each Licensee within the scope of the Licensing Agreement. We view this as our goal and corporate responsibility.

On-Going Support
The Academy will continue to answer all of your material-related questions on an on-going basis. Each Licensee will have support from The Academy's Corporate International Management Team. Our commitment is to be available to our Licensees and assist them with every question they may have about materials as timely as possible.

The Exclusive Country
We have carefully selected about 92 countries around the world as Academy exclusive countries for our International Licensing Program. We selected full countries as the Licensing model in order to afford each Licensee the ability to grow their successful business into a multi-unit enterprise and thus maximize the business within the country. This is in the tradition of the true entrepreneurial spirit.

Academy Students
We have created a business model that caters to the instructional needs of a very broad range of individuals, from elementary school students, to junior and senior high school students, to adults, to professionals in nineteen avocations. This is an enormous potential audience for each Academy unit, offering a virtually inexhaustible supply of students for the Licensee. English language learners at any level can enter The Academy and expand their English language skills exponentially.

Courses of Instruction
Our courses of instruction are proprietary to The Academy. Today, there are over 100 instructional offerings. These offerings range from After School courses for elementary school students and junior and senior high school students to avocation-specific English language instruction and adult-level language instruction. The Academy also presents exceptional writing skills courses for both high school students and adults, including cursive writing courses. The Academy Literacy Project is a very special series of six courses that address the serious literacy deficiency that exists throughout the world today. All curriculums are bound and are presented in an optimum format for ease of instruction, individual and group practice, uniformity, and maximized learning. Each is professionally written and blends perfectly with its corresponding text/work book. Each course is designed to be taught in a professional environment that is respectful, non-competitive, and dedicated to learning.

Text/work Books
We have written over 100 proprietary text/work books for The Academy, a process that is on-going as we continue to add more courses to our already expansive list of educational offerings. These text/work books are specially bound with gold spine lettering. Expert teachers and experts in several avocations (like medicine, aviation, business, investigation, and the culinary arts) have written our text/work books, one of which accompanies each course. These text/work books are available exclusively at The Academy. Audio recordings accompany many of the English language text/work books, providing an additional element of instruction. By developing proprietary curriculums, text/work books, and audio recordings, we have ensured that all instructional materials for each course of instruction are perfectly synchronized!

Instructor Selection and Training
You as a Licensee will select your fully qualified Instructors for each course. The success of a course is dependent upon the quality of the Instructor. The Academy's Licensed training materials assist you in ensuring that each Instructor is fully qualified to teach, that they have the right background and passion for the curriculum, and that the instruction will be engaging and interesting by way of the corporate Instructor Training Program and Instructor Certification Program.
The course materials are designed to be taught by professionals in the subject matter being presented. For example, the After School English course can be taught by a qualified English [ESL] teacher, the Writing Skills course can be taught by an English composition teacher, and an Academy Literacy course can be taught by an English teacher who specializes in elemental English instruction. All of these Instructors are available in abundance right in your own community through elementary schools, junior high schools, intermediate schools, and senior high schools. An Instructor at The Academy should have at least five years of classroom experience prior to teaching any course here.

The materials provided to the Licensee should help you to maximize your Return On Investment. We make no earnings claims, because each Licensee controls their own country's earnings. Factors that influence Return On Investment include the location of the Academy unit, the quality of your staff, the strength of your marketing plan, and your own drive, enthusiasm, professionalism, and ingenuity.

As an Academy Licensee, the Licensed materials should help you to quickly reacquire your initial expenses (Return Of Investment) by way of an enthusiastic course pre-registration program that initiates upon the completion of your orientation. Both ROI's are important to you!

Licensee Orientation
The Academy provides every new Licensee with a thorough orientation session that encompasses one full day. Virtually every aspect of the Licensed materials is covered in the formal orientation.

Business Operations Manual
The Academy has written and produced a very thorough Operations Manual. This Operations Manual outlines the methods and practices that you will need to run a successful school business. Among the many items contained in the manual are: business policies, procedures, and standards, marketing details, the Associate Handbook, the Student Handbook, record keeping standards, Instructor certification standards, the dress code, documents, and much more.

In addition to the Operations Manual, The Academy has an extensive Human Resources Manual that has a Position Description, Training Guide, and Performance Review for each staff position at each of your Academy units. All of this is included in the Licensed materals.

Registered Service Mark
The Academy is in the process of registering its service mark through the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Washington, D.C. The Licensee will use The Academy's service mark throughout the duration of the Licensing Agreement.

Website / E-Mail
The Academy has designed and we have a copyright for our web sites, and we provide each Licensee with their own exclusive web sites, including one for each of the Licensee's units as they come on line. You will be able to market your Academy on your own Academy web site, list all courses and seminars offered, and post course schedules. We provide each Licensee with e-mail accounts for the Licensee and all staff members at each local Academy unit. The web site and e-mail are provided by our approved exclusive vendor for a separate fee to the Licensee, as outlined in the Licensing Agreement.

Continuing Research & Development
The Academy Corporate Staff will continue to develop additional course and later seminar offerings (of a refresher nature) that meet the educational needs of your Students. The Academy maintains the highest standard of course development and will continue to consider additional instructional offerings that will have wide appeal, can attract a large number of students over a long period of time, and fit The Academy's offering format. There is no additional special charge for any of the new course materials from The Academy for the Licensee throughout the duration of the Licensing Agreement.

We are confident that each Licensee's Academy unit will be welcomed into the community as a superior resource for a wide variety of professional classroom instruction that is administered on a very local basis. Our research has shown that no one else is offering the breadth of courses, the accommodating schedule, the accommodating venues, the extraordinarily superior, synchronized materials, and the professional instruction being offered by each local Academy unit. This is English language classroom instruction at its highest level!
